Not happy with your current EDC Handheld?

The thing about buying gear is that we can end up stuck with stuff we’re not in love with because of the financial investment required for experimentation.

But here at CanuckTac if you’re not happy, we’re not happy, and that applies to folks that don’t even use our products (yet). If you’re stuck with a handheld you don’t absolutely adore, we’ll buy it off you for a $20 credit toward the purchase of a Beaver.

Here’s all you need to do to take advantage of our trade-in program:

• Send an email to info@rangesport.com with the subject line “Help, I’ve got a crappy light!” and include some information we’ll need like your name, mailing address, and what type of light you’ll be sending in.
• We’ll shoot you back a return mailing address and trade-in form, and you can send us the thing however you’d like.
• We’ll send you an email with a unique code to use for $20 off any new Beaver light on our website.

Fine print: Trade-in lights must be in functional, working condition. Discount does not stack with coupon or promotional codes.

Trading it In = Paying it Forward

What are we going to do with all the lights that get traded in? Our goal is to create a pay-it-forward program for our brothers and sisters that might not have the resources to invest in new equipment at the moment, but need some gear to get their EDC kit started, for work, or just for whatever. Everyone has a right to keeping themselves safe and protected, regardless of current life situation.

If you or someone you know would benefit from the pay-it-forward program, please shoot us an email. We’ll keep things discrete and confidential. We’re also not going to ask for any type of evidence, because we respect you. Because this program necessarily runs on the honour system, all we ask is that you please don’t abuse it if you don’t really need it.
